Hi I am Donnys Ramon Hernandez Mendez, I am 18 years old, and on May 9, 1990 I was born in Managua, is part of Plaza Espana, Nicaragua. I don't have a girlfriend, I have the three family, my mother, father, brother. My brother is Hasder Jose Hernandez Mendez, my mother is Itzmara Alejandra Mendez Valladora and my father is Jose Ramon Hernandez Peralta. I am a student in the Christian School for deaf of the assemblies of God in Manangua, Nicaragua. I like the six languages of French, Italian, Portuguese, English, Spanish. I will like to learn so much for every day. I am an evangelic in the Church of Christ in Nicaragua and the future I will be studying the biblical college in USA. I already have a passport of Visa. And I will love all the people in the would and in the God's heaven. I would like to read and understand all the perfect biblical by Lord of God.
The Citadel Group is a real estate investment, management and development firm located in Miami, Florida. It was founded in 2005 George Befeler, an attorney who practiced real estate and corporate law in Miami, Florida, as a platform to buy, completely renovate, convert into condominiums, and sell old and historically relevant buildings in Miami Beach, Florida. George Befeler, as a teenager working part-time and going to school, managed these old tired buildings and dreamed of one day returning them to their former glory. The idea was to have fun by bringing these old work-out buildings from the 1920s and 1930s era into the 21st century and watched their slow transformation into beautiful serene buildings which sophisticated hip people appreciated and wanted to call home. In restoring these properties, the Citadel Group researched the life and achievements of the men and women who build them and tried emulate and continue their original concepts while preserving their timeless look and style.
The Citadel Group, owns its own 6-story office building where is maintains its executive office in Coconut Grove, Florida. The day-to-day operations are managed by its president, Oscar Garcia-Rivera. Andres Larin oversees the management and rental of the properties and insures that they are fully leased and well maintained.
The company flourished and developed several buildings in Miami Beach, Florida and won numerous awards and recieved wide acclaim from officials from the City of Miami Beach and the local preservation societies, it set a new standard for restoration which has been emulated by other players in the local market. The company successfully sold out its last development in 2007. The Citadel Group continues to be owned by George Befeler and has embarked in an aggressive stragedy of purchasing historically relevent properties with the concept of renting them at the present time and later restoring and bringing back their original luster when conditions to market and sell these special properties eventually returns.
